Course One:
French Onion Soup Gratinee
Slow-cooked caramelized onions in a rich beef broth, topped with toasted baguette and melted Gruyère.
Course Two:
Warm Goat Cheese & Roasted Beet Salad
Mixed greens layered with roasted beets, candied walnuts, and crostini topped with warm chèvre, finished with a light Dijon vinaigrette.
Course Three:
Chicken Fricassée with Tarragon Cream
Tender chicken simmered in white wine and stock, finished with cream and fresh tarragon, served with buttered haricots verts and pommes purée.
Course Four:
Clafoutis aux Cerises
Rustic baked custard studded with cherries, dusted with powdered sugar.
